International Wedding In Vordingborg

Vordingborg may be a small town, but it’s full of charm and offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. Just an hour from Copenhagen by regional train, it’s a peaceful, easily accessible destination for couples seeking a simple yet meaningful wedding experience. Known for its serene atmosphere, Vordingborg also offers scenic views, historic sites like the Vordingborg Castle ruins, and a picturesque coastline. For Stephanie and Federico, an American-Spanish couple, Vordingborg became the perfect setting for their intimate, international celebration of love.

Their ceremony took place in the cosy and minimalist Vordingborg Town Hall. While the venue is small and intimate, it’s perfect for couples seeking a simple yet meaningful ceremony. Given the town hall’s limited space, stepping outside for photos after the vows is the best option. In my humble opinion, Vordingborg Town Hall truly shines during the warmer months, with its beautiful surrounding green spaces and fresh air providing the perfect backdrop for a wedding celebration.

Keeping this in mind, we ventured into the nearby natural surroundings for an hour-long photoshoot. The lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere made for a serene setting, while their fluffy dog added an extra touch of charm to the photos.
