Odense City Hall Wedding Photography
Rukmini and Aman’s wedding in Odense City Hall was a lovely mix of emotion, laughter, close friendships and plenty of youthful energy. The two have known each other for years and, although they are both Indian, they now live in different countries across Europe. For their wedding day, they travelled to Odense with their closest friends to celebrate together, without their families by their side.
I really loved the atmosphere around these two! They have such a warm and youthful energy as a couple, and you could see how happy they were to have their favourite people around them for this special day. It felt intimate, relaxed and very much like them.
Their Wedding day in Odense
We started our time together outside Odense City Hall, waiting for the guests to arrive. As everyone gathered, there were hugs, smiles and plenty of excitement before we headed inside for the ceremony.
The ceremony itself was short, but deeply meaningful. Rukmini and Aman exchanged their vows and rings, and the atmosphere quickly became emotional.
After they said their “I do’s”, we headed to the nearby Eventyrhaven for portraits. We took photographs of Rukmini and Aman together, as well as plenty of group photos with their friends. Of course, there was also time for champagne, with a proper pop to celebrate the newlyweds.
This was one of my favourite parts of the day. Once the ceremony was over, everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. There was so much laughter, spontaneous interaction and genuine happiness between the couple and their friends.
Later, Rukmini and Aman had a lunch reservation at District 13 Café. This was where I left them to enjoy the rest of their day together, with plenty of time to slow down, celebrate and take in everything that had just happened.
It was such a lovely time together, and I am very happy I got to document this special day for the couple.
