Autumn Wedding in Copenhagen Court House
M + E secretly eloped at the Copenhagen Court House in late autumn, taking advantage of the last warm days before winter. The city had a quiet charm, and the timing couldn’t have been better for an intimate and stress-free ceremony.
Before heading to the courthouse, we spent about half an hour exploring some of Copenhagen’s well-known landmarks. It was a great way to ease into the day and take in the surroundings before the official part.
When we arrived at the courthouse, it was nearly empty, making the experience feel private and relaxed. The ceremony itself was short and simple, with M + E exchanging their vows before signing the paperwork.
Afterwards, they took some time to walk through the courthouse’s spacious interior, appreciating the building’s historic details. It was a low-key but meaningful way to wrap up their elopement.
