You will receive a clear and detailed invoice for our photography services shortly after your event coverage is complete.
Q: Is your photography business registered for VAT (Value Added Tax)?
Yes, my photography business is fully registered for VAT. This means we comply with all relevant tax regulations in Denmark, and VAT will be included on your invoice where applicable.
How quickly can I expect to receive the finished images after the event?
Typically, your high-quality, edited images will be delivered within 72 hours (3 business days) after your event. If your project has unique requirements or a different timeline is needed, we'll discuss and agree upon that well in advance.
Q: Do you provide the unedited (RAW) image files?
Standard delivery includes beautifully edited, high-resolution images that are ready for immediate use. However, if you prefer to receive the original, unedited (RAW) files for your internal editing or archiving purposes, this is certainly possible for an additional fee.
Q: Can you also create a short video highlight of event?
Yes, it’s possible to have a video event highlight.
Q: Do you work alone, or with a team, for event photography coverage?
For most event photography assignments, I work as a dedicated single photographer. However, for larger events, more extensive coverage needs, or if you require specialised services like live image editing or immediate social media sharing during the event, I will collaborate with trusted and experienced colleagues to ensure all your needs are met seamlessly.
